An experimental study on the drying of individual liquid droplets surrounded by gas mixtures. This project investigates the drying process of single droplets of silica slurry. The influence of ammonia in the drying gas on evaporation rates and droplet temperature was analyzed. The results can contribute to optimizing the drying of temperature-sensitive materials.
